MMH film heater is a new type of heating element that uses the film net printing technique to print different materials such as insulated medium, heating resistance, conductor, glass glaze on the stainless motherboard, through high temperature sintering. It is widely applicable to thermal pot, coffee pot, water heater, hair dressing board/panel, humidifier, etc.
    
     Features:
     1.The element uses thick film technique, mature, reliable;
     2.It adopts new type nonmetal material, which is fit for agglutinate on stainless board, reliable, stable, no lead or poison;
     3.The design is flexible. The element adopts stainless board, whose shape can be decided according to the design, required power can reach above 3000W. Its power density is 5-60W/cm², which is decided by radiated effect. Its lowest power density is 5W/cm² when no radiated effect, highest point can reach 60W/cm²;
     4.It is fast heating, low heat capacity, small temperature fluctuate. When boiling a cup of 250ML water, it just takes 20 seconds. whose heating-up time is far less than traditional heater. When it acts on a travel barrette and reaches 180, the using time is less above one time than traditional PTC heater. Furthermore, the using life of battery is longer one time than traditional PTC heater;
     5.Its efficiency is high, able to reach 7099$, according to different pattern (direct heating and indirect heating); In direct heating pattern, when boiling a cup of 240ML water, it just takes 20 seconds, which is far less than traditional heater of 60 seconds heating time. And its heat efficiency can reach 99%. The effect is prominent to the travel barrette of lower 24V battery, the low voltage toy heater and the low voltage humidifying heater. It is not only fast heating but also long using life. Using time is longer above one time than the same level PTC heater or heating conducting wire heater.
     6.It adopts special plating material, so as the heating board has strong corrosion proof, easy to clean. The stainless board is burnished and buffing, making it elegant appearance.
     7.It uses spray technique to make the slurry integrate a hard and compact circuit layer, through three-layer sinter(850), uneasy to scrape or come off, long using life;
     8.That directly welding on stainless board is easy to install products and joint apparatus, safety and stable;
