Polymer Heater

Polyester heating slice/piece is an electric heating film with a thickness about 0.26mm, which clamps conductive printing ink and special alloy current-carrying strip between two pieces of polyester film to form a special spec, through different techniques such as printing, sealing. When it is electrified, the electric resistance film gives out infrared heat to form heat radiant point. Its working temperature is ≤80, so that it is also called "Low Temperature Radiant Electric Heating Film or Light Wave Warm Card".

1.The element adopts special high-tempered insulated materialpolyester film as carrier, safety, reliable, never creepage. 
2.The element gives out high far-infrared radiation whose infrared wavelength is 2-13um, which is warm as the sun.
3.The element is light and thin with a thickness about 0.26mm, which is 1/10 time thick as ordinary heating element.
4.The element has good pliability, which is applicable in various grotesques of heating appliance in shape. 
5. The heat transformation rate of the element reaches 98%, which is more energy-saving than ordinary heating element.
